Claims Manager, No Fault is responsible for directing and overseeing no-fault claims handling and settlement decisions, interpreting and applying no-fault statutes and case law to complex claims, and developing and maintaining guidelines, procedures, and quality controls that govern no-fault claims adjudication.

While every day can provide different experiences and opportunities, a No-Fault Arbitration Paralegal is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of PIP arbitration matters in a fast-paced environment providing high quality work.

Ensures staff compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, providing documents for the driver qualification file and abiding by hours of service, daily log, hazardous materials (placarding, training, and shipping papers), daily vehicle inspections and reports, and maintenance regulations. Occasionally required to push or pull objects weighing from 20 lbs - 60 lbs, up and down stairs, through doorways and thresholds, using dollies or carts, or on flat or angled surfaces which may include outdoor surfaces, carpeting, or smooth floors.

Drivers are responsible to review their loads and complete paperwork related to the products the customer and delivery, check the goods and load it into the vehicle and then transport it to the intended destination.

The most important duty of our drivers is to safely transport our customers' products to their clients.
