<p><b>Overview</b></p><p><strong>Mon, Wed and Fri 5pm-9pm at $17.00 -$25.50 (Nights part time Monday - Friday Snow removal)</strong></p><div style="border-width:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;padding:0px"><strong>Part Time position 5pm-9pm, in Kimbleton, IA and Elk Horn, IA. </strong></div><div style="border-width:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;padding:0px"><strong>Will need to also clean snow depending on weather as needed.</strong></div><div style="border-width:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;padding:0px"><strong>$17-18 depending on experience.</strong></div><div style="border-width:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;padding:0px">

</div><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Clear and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, driveways, and building entrances.</li><li>Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows safely and efficiently.</li><li>Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, etc.) to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure pedestrian safety.</li><li>Follow established procedures for equipment use and chemical application to avoid damage to property.</li><li>Notify the supervisor of any hazards, equipment issues, or areas requiring additional attention.</li><li>Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.</li><li>Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, and clearing debris when snow removal is not required.</li><li>Assist with moving outdoor furniture or equipment as needed for snow clearing.</li><li>Ensure work areas are clean and organized after snow removal operations.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><div style="border-width:0px;font-style:inherit;font-weight:inherit;margin:0px;padding:0px"><div style="border-width:0px;margin:0px;padding:0px">
