You will lead and support internal investigations, audits/assessments, ethics responsibilities, data governance, and enforcement matters spanning the full range of legal disciplines that arise inside a global defense prime-white-collar and financial matters, government contracting and procurement integrity, anti-corruption and FCPA, trade and export controls, employment and workplace conduct, intellectual property and trade secrets, ethics and Code of Conduct violations, data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity. Lead and conduct internal investigations and ethics assessments across the full spectrum of corporate legal matters-including white-collar and financial misconduct, procurement and government contracting integrity, anti-corruption/FCPA, trade and export controls, employment and workplace conduct, intellectual property and trade secrets, privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection.
