Responsibilities include responding to customer online leads in a timely manner and answering questions with accurate and pertinent information, initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities, assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that best fits their budget, accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system, working with customers when they come to the store to provide a streamlined, omnichannel experience, and conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.
