In this role you will: Lead the portfolio and setting the strategic and operating plan for the Financial Agencies Business Area; Perform financial management with profit and loss responsibility for the portfolio, with the responsibility to meet or exceed financial targets; Provide customer and technical oversight of the portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and superior service delivery; Drive growth – in collaboration with the Sector and Division resources; delivering a strong book-to-bill, re-compete wins, and YoY new business growth; Ensure alignment with Sector, Division and Company strategy and objectives; Manage and optimize an effective and efficient team focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship development; Develop a short- and long-term growth strategy with related tactical execution plans that will drive top line and bottom-line growth for the team; Build and manage an effective and efficient team focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship development; Engage the leverage services arm of the company to bring our capabilities in cloud, infrastructure, applications development, AI/ML and related services to existing and potentially new clients; and.
