As a Network Operations Engineer, you will: Provide 1st/2nd line technical support & incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators is desirable.

<h5>Senior Network Engineer(NOC Expert) </h5><p>Location: Getzville, NY (Onsite) Duration: Long Term </p><p>As a Network Operations Engineer, you will: </p><ul><li>Provide 1st/2nd line technical support & incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. </li><li>Report and track carrier issues, hardware RMA's etc. </li><li>Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes. </li><li>Provide monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts. </li><li>Tuning & optimization of monitoring systems </li><li>Assist with root cause analysis of incidents. </li><li>Assist with periodic network reviews and analysis. </li><li>Help with establishment of operational procedures & support documentation. </li><li>Review, track and update network operations policies, standards, and documentation. </li><li>Assist with development of the network management platform adoption, configuration, and tuning. </li><li>Complete Daily network checks and operational handover duties </li><li>Participate in shift rotation coverage. </li></ul><p>What You'll Need: </p><ul><li>9 years' experience in IT infrastructure operations/support role </li><li>Knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and routing protocols </li><li>Experience with various Cisco equipment (routers, switches) </li><li>Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators is desirable. </li><li>Experience in scripting and programming skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is desirable. </li><li>Active CCNA/CCNP-MUST </li></ul>
