Interprets proceedings from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English during agreed pleas, examining trials, bond hearings, probation revocations, pre-trial hearings, admonishments, competency interviews, indigent defense interviews for appointment of attorney, victim impact statements and attorney/client interviews and is not intended to replace a trial interpreter. Education, Experience and Training: Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in English, Spanish, Liberal Arts or related field and three (3) years' experience in legal interpretation.
