Effective leadership in a matrix organization· Initiation, planning, executing, building a comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing the risks, scope, schedule and budget, along with closing out projects· Managing subcontractors on projects· Being the main point of contact between subcontractors and the client. This position will work closely with the environmental program manager, field service manager, environmental and mechanical engineers and other project managers within our group to continue to advance and grow our environmental construction group in the Ballston Spa office.
