You'll oversee the day-to-day compliance operations, drive strategic partnerships, and lead a team of dedicated specialists to uphold the integrity of affordable housing programs, including HUD, LIHTC, and Tax-Exempt Bond initiatives. Execute front-line compliance functions, including the review of initial move-in and first-year resident files, as well as ongoing recertification files, to ensure adherence to federal, state, and city regulatory program requirements-including Fair Housing regulations.
