Certifications: BLS required; NMTCB or ARRT (N) AND ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) required; PET experience required 4. License: WA state license required; pending license not accepted 5. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; Allied: 2-3 hours; if WA suicide prevention training is required, an additional 6 hours of module pay added (required for those working with MSL in WA); modules recorded via transcripts by facility; compliance deadline is 3 business days prior to start 13.
