p/>Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Nursing Assistant II collects and reports patient information and data as directed; helps assigned patients with all activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, diet and fluid intake, elimination, skin care, bathing and dressing, positioning, transfers, mobility, and ambulation and may also perform selected tasks, such as patient transport, collection of specimens, distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms, and delivery of ice and beverages to patients as directed.
