Under the direct supervision of the PACE Director of Center Operations RN and the Home Care Administrative Manager, the Home Care Clinical RN is responsible for the development and implementation of homecare nursing home/boarding care services for program participants and oversight of all clinical skilled home care services. Coordination of 24 hour care delivery and the implementation of all home care services which include nursing, PT, OT, ST and personal care services to ensure that quality services are provided to meet participant needs.
