Houston Methodist Baytown is committed to meeting the needs of its growing community through the ongoing facilities master plan expansion project, which includes a new, expanded emergency department, a five-story patient tower, outpatient center, renovated Cancer Center, neonatal intensive care unit and the addition of technologically advanced operating rooms. Creates, monitors and implements department strategies to achieve financial target and staffing needs, developing others to do the same, through optimizing productivity, timely documentation of care, decreasing length of stay, supply/resource efficiency, minimizing incidental overtime and overtime percentage, and other areas according to department specifications.
