To be successful in this role you should have a proven record supporting telematics software solutions, coaching team members, working with OEMs, experience with API data ingestion, strong communication skills, a good understanding of general business/functional knowledge, and service orientation. Act as a subject matter expert and source of knowledge who contributes their expertise to enhance customer experience, evaluate needs, and determine suitable existing technical solutions to ensure that customers requirements are met.
