p>• Strong CVOR background is needed across all specialties – ability to work independently with minimal guidance in the following cases: CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases are robotic (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Heart transplants, Fem-Pop Bypass. • Must document pain level, before and after (1 hour for oral) giving pain medications - The pain score must also meet the pain score with nth medication order—i.e. if a patient has a score of 8, the RN cannot give the Tylenol that is ordered for mild 1-3.
