Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Experience Required:** - 2 years of experience - First-time travelers are OK - Previous Charge Experience is preferred - Patient Ratio Experience: PCU Ratios of 1:5 **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Skills Required:** - Cardiac Telemetry experience - Management and Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Peripheral Line Care and Management, PICC line management - Titration of drips - BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols - Manage Cardiac and Vasoactive drips (no titration) - Management of dysrhythmias, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration, PCA, Telemetry - Titrate Cardiac drips and Vasoactive drips, Titration of Insulin drips - Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Floating Requirements:** - Floating required as needed between all Cone Health campuses **Additional Requirements:** - EPIC experience is required - Compliance EKG exam must be passed (2 attempts allowed) **Licensure:** - Active license must be in hand at submission **Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
