Ability to manage a high volume of complex cases, including critical interventions such as intubations, central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, temporary hemodialysis catheter placement, mechanical ventilation management and lumbar puncture. They will present and participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds in the ICU, work autonomously and multitask within the critical care team, committing to excellence in clinical service while demonstrating problem-solving abilities necessary to serve our patients first.
