Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), SVP of Medical Services, and/or Clinical Site Director, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides direct clinical care to patients as per education, training, license, and certification. Provides care to patients in accordance with rights and privileges granted through RN licensure and NP certification including, but not limited to, diagnostic and therapeutic assessments, treatment of conditions and illnesses within the scope of practice, referral and follow-up of patients, and other duties as assigned.
