The Nurse Practitioner will primarily provide outpatient pediatric diabetes clinic coverage, managing patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, adjusting insulin doses, and prescribing various GLP-1, SGLT2, and insulin therapies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
