Carry out therapeutic procedures such as suture removal, small benign lesion removals (cysts/lipomas), and drain removals; monitor progress of patients, report progress to supervising physician, and maintain record of each patients progress, consulting with supervising physician when patients progress does not meet anticipated and/or predetermined criteria. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Duke Regional - Acute Care Surgery team located in Durham, NC to work in collaboration with attending physicians, collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule laboratory studies and professional consultations, and provide direct patient care services.
