Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for trauma and general surgery patients by performing advanced assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, performing procedures within scope of practice, and coordinating patient care across the continuum. Physical requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods while providing direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including responding to emergency situations and assisting with bedside procedures.
