Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates team coverage to ensure client service needs are met including, but not limited to, reviewing and facilitating changes in staff schedules, arranging coverage for staff absences and planned time off, and assisting with client needs that arise requiring immediate intervention. Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling for assigned mental health and/or substance abuse disorder clients including diagnostic and ongoing assessments, case management services, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
