The physician will have access to a network of providers and hospitals that offer all pediatric subspecialties and advanced technical capabilities, including pediatric surgery, cardiovascular surgery, high-frequency ventilation, noninvasive ventilation, neurally assisted ventilation and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). As southwestern Kentucky’s only NICU, it provides high-tech neonatal care including sustained life support, prompt care to medical and surgical subspecialists, respiratory and ventilation support, advanced imaging and newborn nursery services.
