Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care within the scope of practice in accordance with NYS LPN licensure and applicable laws and regulationsObtain and document vital signs, prepare examination rooms, and clean and sterilize equipment following established protocolsManage clinical phone calls, including prescription refills, test results, and patient inquiries, per practice guidelinesPrepare patient records and documentation in advance of provider visits to support efficient care deliveryParticipate in scheduled team meetings to support collaboration, clarify workflows, and address patient care needsRequired Skills and ExperienceGraduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) programCurrent New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Minimum of 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare settingPreferred Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a primary care or outpatient medical office settingPreferred skills are not required for consideration.
