Under the direct clinical supervision of the Psychiatrist and the administrative supervision of the Health Center Clinic Manager, the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and behavioral health services within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment. This position collaborates closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, care managers, Community Health Workers (CHWs), and interdisciplinary care teams to support integrated, whole-person care.
