Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Experience Requirements:** - 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU or Emergency Department experience - Strong critical thinking skills - Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines, and drawing own labs - Comfortable operating without a vascular access team, calling own consults, and conducting own codes - Open-heart Day 2 or Day 3 experience with pacer wires (patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1 tops) **License/Certification Requirements:** - KS RN or Compact RN License - BLS, ACLS, & NIH certifications **Floating Requirements:** - Expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units: Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience **Additional Notes:** - Must complete CBC, DS, and lab work within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
