As a core member of our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include: Managing Chronic Care: Diagnose and treat conditions such as Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure and Arrhythmias. Patient Education & Collaboration: Empower patients through lifestyle guidance and education, while coordinating closely with cardiologists and sub specialists (EP, Interventional, Imaging) when escalation is needed.
