The FNP will provide integrated medical services as part of Impact Life’s Rural Recovery Ecosystem Initiative, including primary and preventive care, substance use disorder treatment, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), medication management, and care coordination. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the FNP will help connect primary healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, recovery support, and community-based services to address the whole-person needs of individuals served.
