Counsels/educates patients and their care providers on acute/chronic disease management, disease prevention and health promotion, considering age, education, psychosocial needs, and cultural background to ensure safe, complete, & culturally competent care. Working in collaboration with pediatric neurologists and the interdisciplinary care team, the NP delivers care in a busy outpatient clinic with a focus on epilepsy and general neurology conditions.
