Provides Administrative Nursing Leadership to the Childrens Hospital during off shift hours to ensure safe, high quality nursing care to our patients and families, Assists the Nursing Leadership team to address staffing needs, provide clinical support when needed, and resolve immediate concerns with patients and families, Qualifications: Graduate of National League of Nursing Accredited School of Nursing, Bachelors degree in Nursing required, Masters degree in Nursing preferred, Minimum of 2 years leadership experience is preferred, Minimum of 5 years pediatric nursing clinical experience is required, Evidence of interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate with others, Evidence of leadership ability, Previous experience as a Nurse Leader is preferred strong clinical skills is required, American Heart Association BLS Provider Certification required, Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is required for Inpatient care units, If not certified at hire, expectation to receive certification within one year of hire INPATIENT ONLY, Essential Job Functions.
