As a member of a self-managed household team, the Household Care Partner helps create a warm, engaging, and supportive home environment where Residents can maintain independence, self-determination, and meaningful daily experiences. This role combines caregiving, hospitality, and wellness by assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, personal laundry, light housekeeping, and medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
