This position supports patients in Chesterfield, Macomb, Macomb Township, New Baltimore, Shelby Township, Utica, Washington, Washington Township, and surrounding areas.

li> Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.

li>The PCA is responsible for accurate timely documentation as required by the service area they are supporting; including but not limited to the care and/or services provided on every visit and or encounter, transport and appointment, on the PCA/CNA progress note; the PCA keeps the RNCM and or clinic nurse informed of the participant’s progress.

Preferred): Describe your experience with staffing management, scheduling, and nursing operations: Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and patient safety management: Experience ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, or behavioral health regulations: Experience with staff development, training, and performance management: Have you assisted with nursing budgets, operational planning, or resource utilization? (Yes/No): Total RN Experience: Total Leadership / Management Experience: Total Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Nursing Experience: Total Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital Experience: Do you have current or previous RN experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting?
