System Float Pool position with floating required to any unit housing Tele/MedSurg patients, including Tower 7 (PCU/Cardiac Tele), Tower 8 (MedSurg Overflow), Tower 9 (Ortho/Neuro), Tower 10 (Surgical/Oncology), Tower 11 (Medical Oncology), and ED Holding. Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, high flow oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP delivery, chest tube management, drain management, ostomy care, wound vac management, dressing changes, peripheral IV starts, foley insertion/maintenance, and NG tube insertion/maintenance.
