Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Continuing Care departments, including nursing, dining services, admissions, resident services, therapeutic recreation, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and administration, ensuring an exceptional resident experience. Lead initiatives to drive occupancy growth across the Continuing Care continuum by cultivating relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, community organizations, and other key referral sources.
