Under the supervision of the Vice President – Clinical Services, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provider direct patient care to AZPC members to improve outcomes in quality, patient experience, and help mitigate utilization of resources in support of AZPC organizational goals and objectives. Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests and screening evaluations such as lab work, diagnostic imaging, spirometry, ankle/brachial index (ABI) and point of care testing and provides timely follow up communication to patient of results.
