Responsible for the overall clinical record maintenance to include visit note (must be completed within 24 hours), comprehensive assessments, including OASIS (must be completed within 48 hours), medication profile, orders/plan submitted in a timely manner, etc. Administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agency.
