IV skills and wound care General Medical Dx High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke Post-op care Certs required: BCLS Scrubs: Any solid color scrub Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day Day/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office: Mon - Fri 8a to 5p Mon - Fri 9a to 6p Thurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shifts Alternating weekend shifts Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
