Position Summary: The Administrator, reporting to the VP of Home Health Operations and/or designee (Regional Director of Operations/Executive Director), serves as the operational leader for the assigned home health agency/agencies, with full accountability for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and organizational culture. Minimum of two years of senior management or executive leadership experience within a licensed healthcare delivery setting (home health, hospice, hospital, nursing facility, or comparable environment).
