Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned. Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability.
