This position may require travel throughout Southern Prince George’s and Northern Charles Counties , including: Accokeek, Brandywine, Cheltenham, Clinton, District Heights, Fort Washington, La Plata, Oxon Hill, Suitland, Temple Hills, Waldorf, White Plains, and surrounding communities. This role focuses on client assessments, care planning, caregiver oversight and training, and ongoing clinical support to help ensure safe, high-quality care.
