Actively communicates with prospective residents/guests, family members and key influencers (physician, attorney, trust officer, as appropriate) to generate sales activity required to meet sales goals. The Home Health Liaison at The Glenview at Pelican Bay promotes and represents our home health agency, GlenCare to physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources while building relationships and increasing patient referrals.
