Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of intensive care unit experience, including at least 1 year of cardiovascular intensive care unit experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; proficiency with invasive line monitoring, temporary pacemakers, chest tubes, cardiac medications, ventilator and tracheostomy management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and blood draws from invasive lines. Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification; experience with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH), intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), ventricular assist devices (VAD), and cardiovascular surgical patients.
