Job Duties/Responsibilities: Contributes to improving hospital operations and services by making suggestions for changing and modifying practices, and serving on special task forces as indicated Provides direction and leadership by directing Charge Nurses, RNs, LVNs, and MHTs in the milieu management of the unit.
