li>In the absence of the Director of Nursing maintains communication with the Senior Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services unit-based associates Medical Director providers other nurse leaders and personnel from other departments for the purpose of coordinating operations among the unit/department clinical nursing division and hospital/entity.

p>Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre – during – post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed.

SUPERVISION:

Assigned oversight of Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge, after meeting all the following:

Successful completion of all client education and training requirements for new employees.

Demonstrates Skill And Knowledge Of Procedures And Protocols Associated With The Care Of Patients With Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines, Swan-Qanz Catheters And Cardiac Output.

Hall 1 is a 42-bed subacute rehab unit caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs including post-surgical recovery, wound care, IV therapy, cardiac conditions, respiratory support, orthopedic rehabilitation, and short-term skilled nursing care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

ICU staff members are outgoing and positive and must utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
