Support modernization initiatives such as PeopleSoft technology uplift and upgrade support, De-customization and simplification of legacy functionality, Technical debt identification and reduction, Data quality remediation and data validation, Process automation and workflow improvement, Low-code/no-code enablement where appropriate, Integration improvements and interface support, test modernization and business validation. The ERP SME will help shape requirements, refine backlog items, support modernization initiatives, validate business process alignment, and guide delivery across areas such as PeopleSoft technology uplift, de-customization, technical debt reduction, data quality improvement, low-code/no-code enablement, automation, integration support, testing, and operational optimization.
