Hall 1 is a 42-bed subacute rehab unit caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs including post-surgical recovery, wound care, IV therapy, cardiac conditions, respiratory support, orthopedic rehabilitation, and short-term skilled nursing care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

The incumbent in this position functions as a consultant practitioner and educator for patients staff and physicians concerning problems with in patients or out patients with ostomies fistulas/draining wounds pressure wounds and incontinence care.

• Provides consultation to patients staff and physicians relating to pre-operative post-operative and routine care of ostomies fistulas/draining wounds pressure wounds and incontinence care.

ICU staff members are outgoing and positive and must utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
