HireNow Staffing is acting as a <strong>direct placement partner</strong> for this primary care provider role.</h5><h5><em>This position requires a <strong>clinically confident, independent provider</strong> who can manage a full spectrum of care across all ages while operating in a single-provider clinic environment.</em></h5><h5><strong>HireNow Disqualifier:</strong> Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.</h5><h5><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h5><ul><li> Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan </li><li> Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions </li><li> Perform preventative care, routine exams, and health screenings </li><li> Manage daily patient volumes that fluctuate seasonally </li><li> Operate independently as the primary provider within the clinic </li><li> Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination </li><li> Collaborate with support staff and local healthcare resources as needed </li><li> Participate in light weekday call coverage via phone </li></ul><h5><strong>Required Qualifications <em>(Highly Important)</em></strong></h5><ul><li> Board Certified or Board Eligible <strong>Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)</strong></li><li> Active, unrestricted license to practice </li><li> Ability to independently manage a full patient panel </li><li> Strong clinical judgment across acute, chronic, and preventative care </li><li> Comfortable working as the sole provider in a rural setting </li><li> Excellent communication and patient engagement skills </li><li> Stable and consistent employment history </li></ul><h5><strong>Preferred Qualifications <em>(Strongly Valued)</em></strong></h5><ul><li> Prior experience in family medicine or primary care settings </li><li> Experience practicing in rural or underserved communities </li><li> Comfort managing variable patient volumes independently </li><li> Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW) </li><li> Bilingual capabilities </li></ul><h5><strong>HireNow Disqualifiers</strong></h5><ul><li> Jumpy or unstable employment history </li><li> Inability to work independently without direct supervision </li><li> No experience managing full-spectrum primary care </li><li> Discomfort practicing in a rural or isolated environment </li><li> Preference for highly structured or multi-provider settings </li></ul><h5><strong>HireNow Checklist</strong></h5><h5>HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following:</h5><h5> Board-certified/eligible Family Nurse Practitioner with active license<br/> Proven ability to independently manage patient care across all ages<br/> Strong clinical foundation in both acute and chronic care management<br/> Comfortable operating as the sole provider in a clinic setting<br/> Adaptable to seasonal patient volume fluctuations<br/> Strong communicator focused on long-term patient relationships<br/> Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment</h5><h5><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile:</strong></h5><h5> NP with rural or independent practice experience<br/> Provider comfortable with autonomy and decision-making<br/> Clinician who values continuity of care in a close-knit community<br/> Flexible and resourceful in lower-resource environments</h5><h5><strong>HireNow Package</strong></h5><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $100,000 – $140,000 base (DOE) </li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Onsite in Island Park </li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM </li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong><ul><li> Student loan repayment (up to 50%, eligibility-based) </li><li> Relocation assistance + potential housing stipend </li><li> Medical insurance (employer contributes ~85%) </li><li> 401(k) with employer match (up to 3.5%) </li><li> 2–3 weeks PTO (80–120 hours annually) </li><li> 7 paid holidays </li><li> CEU allowance </li><li> FSA, short-term disability, and additional coverage options </li></ul></li></ul><h5><strong>HireNow Staffing Disclaimer</strong></h5><h5>All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
