Medication & Care Plans: Administer prescribed medications, oversee treatment schedules, and manage individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with chronic conditions or special needs. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, manage chronic and acute health conditions, conduct health screenings, and partner with educators and families to foster a safe, healthy learning environment.
