Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license or state ID, current licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN), successful UHS Skills Checklist completion, and completion of UHS Submission Packet and Prior Employment Form. The OR nurse is responsible for providing excellent perioperative patient care within a busy surgical environment, responding promptly to hospital needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
