In this role, you'll assist the Inventory Control Manager in the leading the charge over our IC department, overseeing key functions such as cycle counting, managing replenishment, expediting, product placement, and maximizing cubic efficiency, all while holding others accountable to proper inventory practices. In collaboration with the Inventory Control Manager, lead weekly and monthly meetings to share information including metrics review, areas of improvement, employee relations issues, and provide updates on ongoing initiatives and related projects.
